I received the Gold Award at the first National Youth Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition.
Though I suffer from congenital thalassemia, it has not hindered my love of life and pursuit of dreams.
I have a strong interest and passion for drawing, specializing in sketching and speed painting.
Drawing allows me to appreciate the beauty of nature, learn to depict scenes with a brush and bring this beauty to more people.
Painting is a very elegant art that requires a deep understanding and love. In the process of painting, I continue to explore and innovate, constantly challenging myself to express my emotions through color. I enjoy the process of painting. I am not restrained. I am free to decide what I want to paint.
Painting is magic. It makes ordinary things beautiful and unique. It is full of energy and can bring warmth to people. Whenever I pick up a pencil, every stroke is my love and pursuit of life.
Life can be bitter, happy, brilliant and joyful. But when I pick up the brush and start to paint, it always feels very beautiful.
I am also very interested in biomedicine and I hope to learn more about the structure of the human body and the treatment of diseases.
As a thalassemia patient, the biggest difference between me and normal people is that I cannot do intense exercise for a long time because I get hypoxic and dizzy, and my lips are usually white and bloodless.
Mediterranean anemia or marine anemia, professionally known as thalassemia, is a hereditary hemolytic anemia caused by mutations or deletions of globin peptide chain genes.
In general, thalassemia is a genetic disease characterized mainly by anemia. Patients need to undergo long-term hemoglobin maintenance treatment and blood transfusions when symptoms are severe. Research is ongoing to find more effective treatments for these conditions.
This disease usually makes others wonder if the person is pretending or faking when they cannot do intense exercise. Patients are often misunderstood, causing many inconveniences in their lives, and others may offend them unintentionally.
My initial intention in creating this personal website is to share my artwork and life experiences. I hope that through my artwork, more people will understand thalassemia, get closer to thalassemia and help thalassemia patients. I also hope that people will get to know me better and feel the beauty of life along with me.
